Looking for a way to dress up Halloween candy with just a handful of supplies? Try these easy candy bar wrappers…they work great as a small autumn gift as well!
Start by trimming a piece of cardstock to 4.25″ x 5.5″ for each candy bar (these measurements are for standard size Hershey bars with almonds and may need to be adjusted for other types). Here I’ve stamped a gingham background pattern in similar ink colors on Lemon Drop and Orange Fizz Pop Tones Cardstock and Light Brown Basis Cardstock for a tone-on-tone effect.
Add a decorative edge to the shorter sides of the cardstock with a border die or punch if desired.
Wrap the cardstock around the candy bar loosely and adhere in the back with a strong adhesive such as Tombow Mono Multi-Purpose Liquid Glue. Add a strip or two of wide ribbon around the center to embellish.
Adhere the pumpkins to the center of the candy bar wrapper using a couple of foam tabs for dimension.
These candy bar wrappers are quick and easy to assemble, making them perfect for mass-production for all of those hungry trick-or-treaters!
