Hi crafters! Monica here with my second project for CutCardStock. Today I am sharing a wedding card I made for my friends daughter using some white CutCardStock and Stardream Metallic Silver paper.
Before I begin to explain how my project was created I want to explain a few things that I look for. First, to me what is key is the durability of the cardstock being used and the paper CutCardStock carries has such a nice thickness to it. Which is instrumental in how long your creations will last and how they will uphold in simple everyday wear and tear. So if your looking to make something that you want to last over time you really want to choose the perfect cardstock and CutCardStock is the product for you!
So to start I chose a die from Sue Wilson Dies and it has 3 pieces to it. So what I did was offset my colors starting with the white cardstock and then layering the next piece in Stardream Metallic Silver
This is how it looks when all the pieces are cut and layered. To glue it all together I used my Glue Dots which works beautifully.
For the front I simply added some decorative elements: flowers are Creative Memories, I used a die from Memory Box, a hat pin and some pearl beads. Finally topped of with a stone like sentiment that says “I Do” and she loved it! Now to make 50 more!
I hope everyone enjoyed my post for today and thanks so much for stopping by!
