Holiday Countdown – Day 8
Guest Designer Alexia joins us today….
Using sentiments cut from the Cameo, Alexia created a subtle background that lays beneath the vellum. Using Basis cardstock, she created the tree and embellished with sequins. All of this is placed atop a blank white invitation from CutCardStock!
Kraft cardstock serves as a great base for this tag! The detailed embossing looks wonderful and the tag is topped off with ribbon from CutCardStock.
This is my first exposure to using CutCardStock cardstocks and loved it, I like the thickness and quality of the cardstock compared to other brands of cardstock I have used so far. I think it makes perfect Christmas cards, tags and other holiday projects. The sequins are the latest trend in paper crafting so I used it on my card, not only it stacked up like a Christmas tree but also it serves as ornaments on the tree! I think the shine will catch anyone’s attention!
