Going Round in Circles with CutCardStock

I was looking at a group of older stamps when I came across a circular greeting stamp from Simon Says. Jennifer McGuire has been posting a variety of cards using colored cardstock cut with nesting dies. I wanted to try the technique along with these stamps.
Using a circle die from WeRMemory Keepers with many sizes of circles, I selected a few that would allow for stamping of the sentiment on the different rings. I taped them together so I could cut identical circles each time.

I used Coor’dinations Minty Fresh Assortment along with another set from the Assortment Section for the circles.

After stamping the sentiments, I added double sided tape to a piece of paper and arranged the circles. The center piece was ready to go after I trimmed it!

I used a Happy die set from Honey Bee Stamps to cut the sentiment from the darker blue cardstock and the shadow from a heavy vellum. I assembled the piece on a 5.5 x 5.5 piece of Cougar 80 lb cardstock.
Not my normal A2 card for sure! We all need a few extra birthday cards. Right?

I hope you enjoyed my post! Thanks so very much for stopping by today! I’d love to have you follow/subscribe on my social media sites Instagram, Facebook, Blogger and You Tube. Be well. Be creative!
