Colorblock Striped Card with CutCardStock

Hello Crafty Friends! Today I am spotlighting a card for CutCardStock that uses multiple colors of cardstock as stripes for the card. You could use your scraps and achieve this look as well!

Altenew’s Wonderland Stamp set provided perfect outline images to complete this card! I started by black heat embossing the images on 4.25 x 5.5 pieces of Cougar Cardstock as well as Poptone Orange Fizz, Lemon Drop, Gumdrop Green, Basis Coral, and Discount Moss Green cardstock.

I love the depth of colors created by combining colored striped cardstock. The sentiment fit nicely on one of the lower stripes. I even was able to create a second card using the left over strips of paper!
